  • The lead time for Grab & Go balloon garland is approximately 3-5 days depending on the availability of supplies. Expedited shipping costs will be applied to orders less than 2 weeks prior to the event date for which requested supplies are not in stock. Please order as early as possible to ensure that your balloon garland will be ready in time for your event.

  • Installations can take anywhere between 1-4 hours depending on the size and scope of the project.

  • Installation costs start at $30, but vary according to the size and scope of the project.

  • Local delivery starts at $25, and varies by order size, date, time, and destination.

  • The Grab & Go option is available for many orders. Simply order online and pick up on Southside Jacksonville before your event. Remember: “Measure twice, order once”!

  • Because presentation is EVERYTHING, shipping is available on select gifts and decor.

  • For your convenience, the Book Yours Now/Order Yours Now buttons link to an email that is prefilled to gather needed information for your event. Please enter all that applies. Inspiration photos are welcome!

  • Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

  • All orders require a 50% deposit at booking. The remaining balance will be due 5 days prior to the event/pick-up. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Yes, however deposits, final payments, supplies, and custom decor items purchased and/or prepared for your event are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied to a future event up to one year from the date of cancellation.

  • Yes! I am happy to assemble pre-purchased balloon garland kits. Kits must be delivered or dropped off on Southside Jacksonville, FL no less than 3 days prior to the event. Please note that multiple balloon garland kits are necessary to achieve a look similar to those pictured on the package. These balloons are not recommended for outdoor use. Eden Gifts & Events is not liable for defects, quality issues, and popping.

  • Although there are no guarantees on how long balloons will last in any environment, quality latex balloons typically last a week or more indoors, and 1-3 hours outdoors in moderate temperatures. It is highly recommended that outdoor balloon installations be light in color and placed in shaded areas during times of extreme heat. To reduce the number of balloons that may pop outdoors, specially designed balloons are available at an additional cost.
